Year Out with Global Volunteer Projects
Have you ever considered taking a year out? Global Volunteer Projects is a new concept in time out travel. Most of us decide to take a year out or time out to travel, experience new cultures and/or maybe learn a new language. The aim of Global Volunteer Projects is for you to take a year out, not just to travel but to help in some small way.
A year out with Global Volunteer Projects is as much about learning as it is about giving. Our year out programmes are designed to incorporate learning the local language and something about the local culture. All our programmes include, where applicable basic language courses as well as 'culture' courses. This may be drumming in Ghana, Yoga in India or learning Swahili in Tanzania.
Global Volunteer Projects arranges year out projects, teaching projects, journalism work experience, medicine work experience, conservation projects, working in orphanages and HIV awareness projects in India, Ghana, Mali, Tanzania, Cambodia, Poland and Guatemala for the ultimate year out.
We're sure this is just what you're looking for your year out and we look forward to welcoming you on one of our programmes soon!
