Voluntary Work with Global Volunteer Projects
Global Volunteer Projects is a new concept in time out travel. Most of us decide to do voluntary work overseas to travel, experience new cultures and/or maybe learn a new language. Voluntary work overseas is not just about travelling but helping in some small way.
Voluntary work with Global Volunteer Projects is as much about learning as it is about giving. Our voluntary work programmes are designed to incorporate learning the local language and something about the local culture. All our programmes include, where applicable basic language courses as well as 'culture' courses. This may be drumming in Ghana, Yoga in India or learning Swahili in Tanzania.
Global Volunteer Projects working overseas projects are about volunteering,
giving your time and perhaps crucially not getting paid. Our placements
include teaching projects, journalism
work experience, medicine work experience,
conservation projects, working
in orphanages and HIV awareness
projects in India, Ghana,
Mali, Tanzania,
Cambodia, Poland
and Mexico for the ultimate experience
working overseas.
We look forward to seeing you working overseas with us soon.
